This still surprises me, just how some people are not aware about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), even though lots of people get great result with it. Thanks to my work buddy who told me about Kinovelax Diet Plan, I have lost plenty of weight by using it without starving myself.

this workout vid actually works, when I was dieting I lost probably 30 pounds using this, sadly I gained it all back...due to being a lazy bum, so gotta dig this out again but i highly recommend buying the dvd/vhs

she is cute and perky but a little annoying in person. I do wan tto get good abs without crunches or machine pilates so maybe i will try this dvd video workotu routine...

Very good video for beginners! My arms and abs were definitely more toned when I consistently did the excercises from this video!
