Thank you for sharing. I had these experiences long ago. I agree that giving your life to Jesus and Serving Him is Key. The Holy Spirit is given to his servants. With out Him we cannot work. The Holy Spirit is the only way the devil flees. Jesus cast out Demons thorugh the Spirit (Mat 12:24-28) and James 4:7 says " Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Stay strong sister and never stop serving Him. God Bless you!
GOD DAM it I swear that's the same exact entity that appear in 1 of my nightmares or O.O.B.E call it what you want but that thing moves quick so if U happen to wake up on the other side conscious - be prepared for it LOL!

Well as I am headed back to my bedroom I realize I have blankets wrapped around my feet so I try to untangle my feet and I fall down and as I am trying to untangle my feet something grabs me by the feet and start pulling me through my livingroom, I sceam out for God to help me and then I wake up on the couch. I went years and years without seeing anything and now I am starting to see shadows. I have learned to pray for protection of evil everynight.

Same thing happened to me, started when I was 19, had a few SP episodes but never saw anything, knew something was coming but always woke up before it got there. Then I have a SP episode and can see a tall shadow figure standing at my bedroom door way, I struggle so hard to get out of bed, I finally make it but I fall down to the floor and as I try to get on my feet he runs to me and pushes me down. Yes... very young I was sure I was levitating off above my bed but ruling out possibilities I was experiencing sleep paralysis and its more common with youths.
If I think Im at risk of having a sleep paralysis episode, I sing "Jesus Loves Me" over and over again until i fall asleep. It helped. I know the fear of sleep paralysis. Ive had quite a few episodes with it throughout my life. It feels like youre about to die, or be assulted, or raped. I felt like I was being held down in my bed. i was laying on my stomach and I didnt see the figure or dare to look, but i knew it was there a tall, dark, shadowy figure. I always thought he was trying to rape me.

I have also had lots of sleep paralysis episodes. I have dreamed while I was awake, paralized in my bed, multiple times. I was conscience laying in my bed and at the same time walking and making decisions in a dream.

Absolutely! S.P. victims can understand how literal that is. He is our strength. Apart from The Holy (Separate) Spirit of God we can do NOTHING!
