How extract, edit, and inject models in SF4

I assume you can only move vertices and not add in new ones or else it messes up the rigging.

when i try to open up the cos file it wont work, there are no error messages it just dose not open.

you gotta extract and edit the dds file in a imaging editing program. watch my other tutorials, they go through the process
