How do you go about practicing left and right hand coordination like that? I have used the Hannon exercises in the past, but they mainly help finger strength.
Well, he is totally amazing!! Did he start off by working with you? I have had beginning students who went far after I got them started BUT have had no real luck in teaching family members for some reason....
Coordination Comes in by praticing Complex Time sig in ur Left hand and Rigt hand. see rich left hand is goin 1e+a2e+a3e+a so on and in Ur right hand u Gota develop independecy. which Comes from Praticing Coordination with a metronome would be better. my opinion.
I was so totally blown away by a secular musician who had so separated his "left and right brain" that he could play DIFFERENT songs at the same time with different hands! lol I considered that to be almost another one of those "freaks of nature", but yes, now hours and hours of constant practice, that I can accept! I do understand the concept of breaking the habit of keeping the SAME beat or playing the same beat with both hands because it is common in latin and jazz styles NOT to do so.
@samuellaoye Its a be-bop tuned called "eternal triangle" ...tunes from that era and be-bop language is good for those 4-5 note groupings that fall under the hand so well. as well as great bass line construction.
Boa one more....Great...I gonna put my amp high...And listen What he has to say.....MMMmmm shi...He is talken to much...But in any way..witch hand you like to play most??

Sounds great. I thinks it running through a Tone Box instead of a Leslie. That's why he doesn't have an tremlo. Still sounds great though.
