@teheffe hey read the manual before you say that also thats how the guys at the shop said to.
And if you payed attention when I flipped the switch i put it into the start (half throttle) So your the person who I would never buy 2 hand from because you know nothing about engines.... Thats all that needs to be said......
@crazyjdkid it is not used for that but i found out that it is for when you have the edger attachment; it keeps it from flipingover when you set it down
Full throttle with a cold engine ....
Never for a second hand for me ...

the thing at :28 that you didnt know what it was is a barrier bar to ;protect you when using a blade instead of string

@stefanbailis well in most trimmers they include it with the brush cutter (like mine) to keep you from going at the blade
