  • use weighted floats for casting distance

  • thanks for the tip and the tying demo ;so, winter becames shorter..any problem solved leads to another one; now it will be the cast of the float jig assembly...but I will solve it ...more serios talking, did you ever try a spoon-streamer or spoon -leach combo? by spoon, I mean something narrow like Krokodile Luhr Jensen, ABU Toby...because that is how I am thinking to cast the marabou flies, tying them on a single hook of such a spoon

  • thank's a lot....I allready made them before I found your video ...now I am more confident they will catch fish....the problem is to keep them up from the river bottom

  • @florin1123 - I always fish jigs under a float. You can control depth and position your drift in the most productive fish holding areas of the stream.

  • nice, i've always wanted to try this

  • I hope it helps. The process is easy to learn and the jigs catch fish. Buy an inexpensive vise - the one I use cost me $10.
