Ok - I wasnt sure if it was something as simple as dropping the gear ratio, I thought it would be more technical than that. So you guys must be running 3.27's maybe even 3.08's... Are you running a 4.6? Or did you swap in something else? Sorry for all of the questions, I am curious to see who's running mod motors.

How are you getting the 4r70w to run 146mph? I have a 98 GT 4r70w with a pi swap (prob mid 13's car) and it doesnt want to go into OD under WOT. Is this using OD? Or is it just more RPM?? Thanks!

The transmission is built by Len Freeman of Performance Transmissions here in Las Vegas. To answer your question you don't shift into overdrive or you may risk burning your OD band up if you make enough torque. You have to gear your rear end accordingly.
