I love Patsy's too as a lifelong favorite. This is such an emotional song that I love Willie for feeling it first and sharing it with the world. So it's not necessarily the fact of talent as much as the actual message of the song and the delivery of it that makes me feel it too. God bless Willie and Patsy, I am so grateful to both. She over-dubbed the song to the instrumental track after trying to learn it by ear over two weeks. She hated it, until she felt it. How wonderful that she did.

Willie WROTE the song. Patsy & Willie were friends. She made it her signature song. I can hear Willie or Ray Charles & know the artist in a flash. Willie can phrase a song like none other - his duets are not 'harmony' but a you & me thing. See a biography of Nelson about 8 years ago.

I dont like this at all for several reasons, first since Nelson recorded this song multiple times & u dont give any indication of what record or recording session or year its from its of little interist, second the link takes me to itunes, if you think im dumb enough to install itunes you are crazier than the song sugests
