Hey Etho, When you mined that gravel pillar, you can go faster (with any block) if you "click mine". It takes some getting used to but basically you just click after every block you break to maximize efficiency =)

I sent 3 pulses to a dispenser by hooking a self-turning-off rs-nor latch with a 28 torch delay (7 repeaters set to 4) up to a 5-clock which is connected to the dispenser. The 28 torch delay will send just a long enough pulse to the 5-clock to dispense 3 items. It can also easily be adjusted to more or less. It's quite big, but you could use it for the water bottle dispensers.

you can do the whole room out of wool of different colours... to me, wool it's the only thing that blends with iron blocks, when using the vanilla texture pack

Very impressive (again!) But you don't have to use a different wire for every single button, you can use the property of redstone wire that it only travels 15(?) blocks. Consider 5 buttons in a row connected to 1 wire that is 20 blocks long. At the receiving end you can differentiate which button was pressed by how far the current came... Hope this helps!

@wozzizlozz this would also mean needing to control how long each wire is, which can end up more complicated in the end. I agree that he seems to have gone for a complicated design for the redstone, as I'm currently designing my own version of this room. I am using redstone torches to move the signal vertically upwards, as well as using repeaters alternating with actual redstone coming off of the buttons to separate the signals. eg button-repeater-redstone next to a button-redstone-repeater.

@scobrackc Sure, the vertical thing makes that trick more complicated, but since potions generally use the same scheme (Bottle, -> water -> nether wart) it would make more sense to make buttons per potion, not per ingredient (+ gunpowder/ splash button). Much easier to make (with the previous mentioned trick) and more practical and faster item delivery. I might even try building that myself ;)

to mine gravel faster, pile up the gravel until you have none or reached max peak. jump into 4 block deep water. then fix your shovel to the third pixel from the top and hold down. that should make the gravel break without delay!

@sharper4221 No, the purpose of negative potions is to turn them in to Splash potions, which allows you to pass the negative effects to your enemies.
