Immortal Technique is underground because he turned down a MAJOR RECORD LABEL. They wanted to sign him, but they wanted him to dumb down his lyrics and stop rapping using "complex wording" and "harsh allusions to his hood". He was keeping it real and turned down a major record label. That's why he's underground, you stupid cunt.

Okay. Let me correct myself. Lil Wayne's songs have good beats. I'm just not feeling them. Like. They're not real enough for me. But he's got some good stuff from back in the day.

And that is true though. Tech does need to work on his flow a little, but his lyrics are amazing and his songs are all real and deep, and that's what I like most about his songs. Their "real"ness and how they come from his soul.
