  • When Senna died I stopped watching F1 ..... and I loved watching F1 !

  • Would be fun if he actully was dancing in the rain..

  • "É o brasileiro Ayrton Senna pela primeira vez na liderança da formula 1" confesso que essa ultima fala do galvão bueno deu nó na garganta.

"It's the Brazilian Ayrton Senna for the first time in a leadership formula," I confess that this last speech of Galvão Bueno gave lump in my throat.

  • Slick tyres, gear shift lever and no tcs, f1 nowadays is a walk in the park!

  • @buzzzatho They had rain tyres back then, they don't have TCS today and F1 today is certainly no walk in the park. Everyone would be doing it otherwise.

  • @oR3LENTLE55o Senna was famous for driving in slick tyres even under rain and for the oldschool drivers, f1 today is no walk in the park, is a walk in his front lawn...

  • @buzzzatho You are a fucking idiot. If it's so easy howcome you aren't doing it? F1 today takes just as much talent.

  • @oR3LENTLE55o First i did not have any rich parents to support me while i just race when i was a kid, second f1 today takes nearly one third of talent they needed back then and if you cant see that you are the "fucking idiot"...

  • @buzzzatho F1 today takes just as much talent. The cars are going through the corners a lot faster and driver reaction times need to be twice as fast. If you honestly think todays drivers aren't as talented then you are an idiot stuck in the past.

  • @oR3LENTLE55o So if they had to shift gears with a lever do you think really think that they would still be as fast?? you are nuts!

  • @buzzzatho They wouldn't be as fast obviously... It's impossible to manually shift as fast as their paddle shifters do. But they would still be pretty damn quick. They aren't idiots. They are just as fast, if not faster, as the old legends.

  • He took a lap in everyone but one, the second place. Was the second gp with a team that he could win a gp and won.

  • I was in sorrow for long time, He was my idol; but now he is racing for God. We will remember you for ever Arton Senna !!CHAMPION!! We are South Americans Lovers

  • "That's the brazilian Ayrton Senna... for the first time leading a race in F1"

  • The best driver in the world on a nice track!

  • Yes. "Kurwa" , correct spelling is curva and it means corner in portuguese.

  • @0:09 did he said "kurwa" ?

  • @RuGys123 no, curva...it means corner in portuguese ^^

  • @wandererslegion thanks. now i know

  • @RuGys123 welcome.have a nice 2012 f1 season.Long live Ayrton Senna rainmaster

  • simply the best

  • If this race had happened today nobody would have seen Senna's genius because the useless race directers would have just brought the safety car out. And then stopped the race early because of the rain.

  • where are the other drivers?lol

  • the best.

  • Andretti does not count as a qualified American F1 Driver.

  • @VtecTougeMonster33 Andretti was born in Croatia... :)

  • BRAZILIAN PILOT WHO HAS TALENT, ON THE RUN OF RAIN WITH THE GRACE OF GOD, THAT TIME IN THE TECHNOLOGY WAS NOT A HUGE RISK OF ALLIED TO RUN IN CARS AND SKIING WITHOUT INFRASTRUCTURE

  • Brazil = Ayrton Senna 3 time world champion the best.

Brazil = Nelson Piquet, 3 time world champion a legend also.

Brazil = Emerson Fittipaldi 2 time world champion, the father of all brazilian drivers.

    Usa = ???? Al unser ? ROFL

Usa = ?????????????????? Michael Andretti, who NEVER completed a single race in F1???

    Usa = LOL?

    nuff said.

  • @Fernandohv45 USA = Dan Gurney, Bobby Unser, Mario Andretti, Bobby Rahal, Phil Hill

And I'm from Canada and I know this.

  • @kshiryu true, but in F1? i can name a hundred americans who raced in the american indy car.......the point is, did u see the last comments? thats why i posted that.....lol

  • @Fernandohv45 look up the names. they all competed in F1. and 2 were world champions.

  • @kshiryu u guys had Gilles, one of my favorites, and he raced in F1, a trully skilled driver. But name me a sucessfull american in f1.......

  • @Fernandohv45 I named two. MARIO ANDRETTI, F1 world champion 1978, PHIL HILL, F1 world champion 1961. Granted both were before Senna's time. and just before my time as well. I was born in 75, I grew up watching Senna race. As well as all all types of motor sport including F1, WRC, NASCAR, IRL, CART, WEC, BTCC, ALMS.

  • @Fernandohv45 better check your notes, Micheal finished 6 races and came 3rd at monza 1993.. granted senna did crash out that race.

  • not quite as exciting as watching his pole laps in that screaming 1991 car, but just as impressive

  • What country was Senna from?

  • @daniel987878 Brazil

  • @DeepAbsentia Brazil is in Africa right?

  • @daniel987878 Yes, between Pakistan and Minnesota ;)

  • @dkstoyva legend

  • @daniel987878 like USA in EUROPE :)

  • @daniel987878 that must be a joke?? brazil is in south America

  • @hahahomi Now I know Senna is an American.

  • @daniel987878 Americans: the most stupid people on earth :)

  • @20comerrr Ayrton was American he was a champion. Maybe he is an exception.

  • The best driver in the rain.... By Far!!!!!

  • the best ever ... legend ..

  • I ment 80's.. Sorry

  • Viva Senna!!! Viva Brasil!!!

  • ok regardless of the cars handling and performance traits, think about this for a second, if senna hit a wall head on at 200+kms it would kill him, because the cockpit is soo close to the nose of the car, think about that for a second then imagine driving that car at between 100 and 330 - 340 kmph constantly for at least 1 and a half hours! that in itself is respect worthy!

  • freakin' ridiculous . hugely talented. hugely missed.

  • This was his first GP win. It was in Portugal at the Estoril track. He almost won 1 year earlier in Monaco but the race was interrupted when he was about to pass Alan Prost with a crappy car. "Too much rain" they said when the race was interrupted. There wasn't too much rain for Ayrton Senna.

  • In the rain, Senna would Prost over a table, and kicked his ass.

  • i miss 90's formula 1!!!

  • @Oasisdelrock - This video is from the 80s...

  • @Oasisdelrock This is 1985 dude...

  • @Oasisdelrock you ment to 80s f1

  • in the rain you can see racers how they really feel and handle it on high speed it says he is simply best then just good racers

  • nobody says that, but senna got a lap of advantage of everyone but the second driver in this grand prix, thats his first win

  • The best of the best! ²

  • The best of the best!

  • its too bad he had to pass away in that crash we need more drivers like him

  • JPS Lotus - fantastic :-)

  • well.......... that was fantastic! you can see how far in the lead he is in these conditions and he still pushes the car to the absolute maximum! the man was a legend!

  • You can see how smoothly he puts the throttle in, and then a bit down the road when he makes it to full throttle, it gets a bit twitch, 200 metres past the corner.

  • O piquet está na 13° posição a 3 voltas do lider... Ai vai o lider o BRASILEIRO AYRTON SENNA !!! = )

  • 1° Vitória do Gênio

  • que aburrido, que de bueno tiene este video?

  • @Javimambo de bueno tem o galvão bueno, que de "bueno" não tem nada e é um filho da puta !

  • Come back please - we miss proper driving!

  • @BiggerThinking1 Maybe Vettel is 7 seconds faster than the others.

Still now Senna would do 55 seconds in Monaco, with MANUAL Gearbox ^^

  • @BiggerThinking1 Are you saying today's F1 drivers aren't proper drivers? Because if you are you are very stupid.

  • @oR3LENTLE55o They are 50% drivers now. Maybe 25% - still much better than non-racing drivers which are 1% drivers - but nothing compared to the 85 - 92 Gods!

  • @BiggerThinking1 Yep. You are stupid.

  • @oR3LENTLE55o um... i have a degree in Science (math and physics) - and i raced karts and Formula Ford for nearly 10 years - trust me I'm an expert - i know it all!

  • @BiggerThinking1 PAHAHAHAHAHA!

  • @oR3LENTLE55o Yep! ALL!

  • @BiggerThinking1 I really hope you're being sarcastic.

  • @BiggerThinking1 Sarcastic about what? Its a FACT that F1 was 3 to 4 times harder in 1985 - 1992 than the videogame cars of today. Only 100 guys in the world could handle an F1 car back then - now 10,ooo gokarters could be on the pace within a week of practice.

  • 1ere victoire!estoril 1985!

  • Driving an F1 turbo charged car in the rain without spinning out. Now that's talent!

  • @4JayeP whitout tracting controls

  • @4JayeP Thats why he was the WET WEATHER MASTER !!!
