ya its true for a good formed squat u want to keep ur back as straight as possible going down and back up-- push back ur shoulders and stick out ur butt for better posture, i do think some people have trouble keeping a straight back when doing squats if for lack of strength in the back or just a certain way there body has grown. ALl depends on how U r

when you start the workout with the squats, dont let your back bend down like she does, you need to always keep a straight back when doing squats
