Not a problem with the carb!! It adjusts the rate of desent doing that, controls how fast the torque roll is and blow air over the surfaces..

question for ya: Why do you intermittently rev up the throttle so much when doing certain maneuvers (like the harrier) A torque thing?

because he has a problem with the carburetor, if he keeps it at a certain rpm too long the engine will flood and die. and poof plane crash

Or.....to keep it from torque rolling ..
