Protoss went corsairs because it's really effective if it works. Overlords unless upgraded are scaringly slow and they provide zerg with supplies. A group of corsairs can hunt down overlords easily, and if it's successfull, zerg can't use their "swarm" advantage because they don't have enough supplies. Besides unlike terran and protoss, overlords is built from the same larvae as other zerg units, so taking out overlords forces zerg to play with less units overall.

At the pro level in korea, every millisecond counts. And JulyZerg's APM an average for lets say a 20 minute game is around 400. 350 is not a low value.

Macro is building units, using an appropriate unit selection and taking expansions.
Micro is controlling your units to good effect.
how fast you click is important for both of these things. You use a mouse for macro as well btw and a keyboard for micro...dont see where you got those silly ideas, and even less of an idea as to why you laugh at people for saying something else.

Don't give up, 200-250 apm is attainable for anyone, practice hitting 1-10. Pros check up everything by hitting 1-8 fast as they can over and over. For example, army is set to 1 hatch 6, expo hatch 7, third hatch 8, 3rd expo 0, they hit 1 to check on army, back to 6, back to 7 back to 8, over and over all game

If you think its weird that these players warm up in the beginning then you aren't a competitive starcraft player. Ive broken a sweat and have sore forearm after playing a game of starcraft. My first game of the day my arm cramps during the game because its not used to playing quickly and in the beginning I can't move my cursor as fast or as precise.

the better the Actions Per Minute then the more your active. i know great toss players with around 120 apm. they tear shit up even though they arnt that busy. you dont really need 300+ apm but its good to have

you do need 300+ apm if ur gonna play in korean leagues. Dont be stupid. There are thousands of ppl in korea with 200 apm and they are considered slow.

...... no, its not boredom ..... i used to be a semi-pro quaker and at the beginning of games there'd always be a lot of flicking of wrists going on, making sure u could hit ur 180s and 360s perfectly, dropping to console and tweaking ur sensitivity so it was just so .....

apm = actions per minute
micro = unit control
macro = buildings/economy

Micro = micromanagement = handle few units, buildings,.. for example: when you rush.
Macro = macromanagement = handle a lot of units, builidings and minerals; for example: when you are at 180/200.

NO. LMAO. ok, right about the first part (apm) micro is only the mouse stuff ie unit control. has nothing to do with buildings. macro is your ability to create an army and have a good build, which is keyboard stuff. micro = mouse macro = keyboard

Macro is building units, using an appropriate unit selection and taking expansions.
Micro is controlling your units to good effect.
how fast you click is important for both of these things. You use a mouse for macro as well btw and a keyboard for micro...dont see where you got those silly ideas, and even less of an idea as to why you laugh at people for saying something else.

Nice micro by july....but one qestion? what the heck was the toss guy doing??? july was expanding, massing hydras and then switching to mutas....this costs time and a lot of ressources....he had his mineral expansion, 3 hatches? all the toss player had was some berserkz and 2 archons???wtf? he didnt put pressur on july even once?only 2 warpgates, and 1 pylon to support both?????

meh... Toss Players dont have to expand, 2 zerg mineral/vesp patches=1 terran or toss patch, and the toss couldnt do anything because of july's gosu harass

Don't give up, 200-250 apm is attainable for anyone, practice hitting 1-10. Pros check up everything by hitting 1-8 fast as they can over and over. For example, army is set to 1 hatch 6, expo hatch 7, third hatch 8, 3rd expo 0, they hit 1 to check on army, back to 6, back to 7 back to 8, over and over all game

If you think its weird that these players warm up in the beginning then you aren't a competitive starcraft player. Ive broken a sweat and have sore forearm after playing a game of starcraft. My first game of the day my arm cramps during the game because its not used to playing quickly and in the beginning I can't move my cursor as fast or as precise.
