saw it before from a private server named burning fusion this is a horde place where you get awsome gear for lvl 1. There is a portal at the starting zone of every race horde and alliance. Horde is here (shown in video) and alliance in Exodar.

It is still very accesable. I was there about a week ago with a friend. Fairly easy to get there.

@nyhmrocks1 There are no quests there, as the village was purely cosmetic. People have always found ways of getting there though, usually through Moonglade. I believe they are changing the place with Cataclysm.

This happens to be Shatterspear Village. In World of Warcraft: Cataclysm, this area will be open to the public, and possibly an area involved with Troll druids, because in Lore, it was the Shatterspear Tribe that were druids. This area is friendly to the Horde and Neutral to the Alliance, and in the small area where they dance, there is a Tauren's head on a string. Lol. This area requires a 100% speed mount, and slow fall. You go there from Winterspring. Happy Travels!
