It's an Aurbis galaxy Stargate... different from Pegasus and the Milkyway... the Ancients that visited Tamriel changed the gate's function.

i redid the mod again and i went to chorrol, then the place, then imperial city, then vinincia, and it still doesnt open, i cant find the crystal

oops wat i meant to say was I cant find the key to my house basement to get the dhd crystal sorry lol, were can i find it?

You need to buy the inventory of the houses, then the DHD Crystal will become visible, and the basement room will unlock.

But you can only do that, if you follow the questline.

Well, this mod is just based on a portal between two cells.

We're working on a mod (not with AlexNight, we're a french team), and we will make the kawoosh and link to a few worlds. Hard to do though.

its wrong ..... the gate is screwed the inner ring wasnt supposed to move ....

On the older Stargates, the inner ring did turn, that's how the Chevrons were chosen, the Atlantis gates didn't turn. I've gone for the old approach, has more feeling to it IMO
