All of the sororities did a great job regardless of what their faces looked like or their style of dress. It is a step show. that's what they do. I loved that they brought the energy and the excitement through the art of step. They are very creative and I think that people need to change their ways of defining what is feminine and what is not. Femininity is more than just a beautiful face or being graceful. The most important thing is that they are showing that they are a true sisterhood.

@mmmbrownie you should be careful of what you say, I 'm in a Greek organization and I'm on the board of three organizations on campus and I still work full time, while paying for school. Stepping is one aspect of NPHC orgs that requires lots of time, dedication, and discipline.

Don't be ignorant; the school that you're working 2 jobs to put yourself through clearly isn't teaching you well enough.

@FinerWoman10A91 I agree with you. I believe they do the mean mugging when they are mimicking or giving tribute to the frats. When I was in college, the AKA's motto was "ladies don't step." So what they did, I don't know, but it was the DST ladies who seemed to always win the step shows. A woman's power is her feminity, so I hope the sororities eventually get back to that.

I think a good mixture of femininity and "FACES" is fun for a step show. A Woman, in my opinion as a man, should not be defined necessarily by what she DOESN'T do at Step Shows. If she can twirl her hair, smile and STILL step just as hard as the guys...I'd say that's pretty powerful. 000006!

( some chapters-all groups) are going down in my opinion. The images are being cheapend... Class needs to be brought back. Some sorority chapters have become "hoochified" Too much booty poppin , mean muggin , menswear , and revealing clothing. . Sororities should set the standard and raise the bars. Young girls are watching...
