  • @irishsean your fuckin stupid dude that's why everybody hates you. You seem like a legit nigger hater who doesn't mind cops makin mistakes. power=responsibility...who said that shit spiderman?

  • Robbing Foot Locker andSubway and destroying residential areas?

Way to show Amerikkka's White Power Structure that you mean business.

...or just that you're a greedy savage that wouldn't have the balls to march on the precinct even if you did genuinely give half a fuck. Your revolution is made of FAIL.

Congratulatons, you have once again made every racist sit back and say, "Told you so" .

And formerly neutral parties are perking up their ears more and more...

  • Lay off more cops!

Replace them with BIG, black security guards who ARE liable for violating citizens' rights. A tiny little pencil neck named Johannes has very little to offer a neighborhood full of big strong black criminals. All he can do is start shooting.

  • U fkn idiots. Good job rioting and destroying ur own neighborhood. Lmfao.

U get upset and protest when a scumbag is killed by a cop but when a shooting happens in ur neighborhood, u don't cooperate? Idiots!

  • wow, Oakland is such a piece of shit city. What started a peaceful protest turned into shit like always when niggs are in charge, yea lets make a point by destroying the city and stealing from the Foot Locker, I guess any excuse to steal. I hope this city burns to the ground, fuckin ghetto.

  • The cops going to jail for a mistake folks, sorry but he isn't going to stay there longer then 5 years because a bunch of niggers thinks this is the civil rights movement all over again. I won't be surpised if another monkey gets killed in the confusion, cops:10000000000000, Niggers 0. I'm glad the mans getting out in 2 years.

  • i don't think he wanted to purposely shoot the man there were several witnesses and he even told one of the policemen he was going to tase him this is obviously a terrible mistake god rest the dead mans soul

  • HEY WAS FOUND GUILTY TODAY.. JUSTICE WAS SERVED

  • @raiders2000 involuntary manslaughter is justice?

  • thats messed up they already had him pinned down i think that fucker just felt like killing some one and the only reason hes crying over it now is because it was caught on tape he should just give up this shit and addmit he killed him on purpose if no one had caught it on tape he would of though he could gotten away with it and his ass is getting busted

  • Taser my ass, Execution yes!! Cops will not learn until we fight back with the same force

  • There is no way somebody could possibly mistake a taser (a small boxxy thing that has the feel at times of a Star Trek phaser device or a clunky garage door opener depending on the design), but the police made a mistake by not getting on top of this quicker and with mroe forcefulness to assure the community that they're not employing people who seem quick to seemingly execute unarmed civilians without the slightest provocation... it only becomes harder for the police everytime these things occur

  • THAT IS FUCKING SHIT.

THERE IS A HUGE FUCKING DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TASER AND A GUN.

    fucking pig cops.

  • i have a dream, when no longer monkeys will be free to do all this evil! no god to save them! no law to protect them! may all this evil people burn for ever in hell! may they be curse after curse! may they leaders, brothers and sis...and their god be at the bottom of HELL!

  • INJUSTICE started the riot, then JUSTICE will stop the riot. like ice cube said "to get some respect,we had to TEAR THIS MUTHAFUCKA UP!!"

  • you mother fucken racist your kind should be put in jail just for thinkin that

  • I'm not sure if I'm against the riots. I know it was wrong to loot and destroy private property, but if that's what it takes for this criminal gang known as the police to know that the unlawful treatment of Black Americans will now longer be tolerated then so be it.

If all don't abide by the rules no one should, viva la revolution!!!

  • All that needs 2 happen is a riot somewhere in america that causes Obama to call it a "national emergency" and then in steps the NEW WORLD ORDER!!!

    SUCK MY FREEMAN DICK POLICE!!!!!

  • Oakland needs next to no reason at all to riot...and it would be one thing if these riots were truly in support of a wrong doing and I know that some of the rioters are but it takes no time at all for this to become opportunistic criminality i.e. breaking into storefronts and robbing, looting their own community. Why wasn't there riots in Chicago or NYC, Atlanta, etc...

  • If not being able to tell the difference between a taser and a gun is a defense against a murder charge, the entire police force should be disarmed immediately to protect the citizens. An even weaker defence is the fact that his act was irrational, given the crowd around him. If he doesn't go down for murder, it will be yet another signal to cops that we'll tolerate you wrongfully killing a black man now and then.

  • How about working for justice instead of lecturing the victoms of injustice? People who are continually stomped on will predictably fight back; sometimes in ways that are less than proper. There's also nothing proper about the ongoing legacy of racist abuse and violence. I suggest my fellow whites focus on the racist injustice, rather than on lecturing it's victoms on the proper response.

  • The point to me is not whether the officer was reaching for a gun or a taser but why was it necessary to use anything on the kid when he was already on the ground, handcuffed and restrained? I can't condone rioting but I do understand the rage because we have seen this movie too many times where a black man is shot or killed in a "questionable shooting".

  • What a shame...he was clearly trying to Taser the guy for resisting arrest, I'm assuming although they looked to have the man well under control but I think it's a bit simple to think the policeman stood up, drew his pistol and intended to kill this man with a shot to his back with eye witnesses all around. I think the officer was confused, scared and made an incredibly costly mistake.

  • The tazer is either on the other side of his belt or up front. The cop doesn't know the difference between the feel of a gun and a tazer? Please...

This guy was executed. Plain and simple.

  • I side with the victim and his family. But as someone that has been in heated situations with weapons (military) i can tell you that the management between fear, decision making, crown awareness, etc. etc. etc. can be an INCREDIBLE challenge and YES ABSOLUTELY in a tense moment of confusion a tazer and sidearm could be confused (regardless of weight, color, grip differences) and to actually call this an "execution" is silly.

  • Look at the video my brother. This wasn't a kill or be killed situation. The 'police' had full control of the situation. And for someone who has the responsibility and duty to uphold the law, and use these weapons to do so, must be able to differentiate a pistol and taser no matter what the situation. Being in a tense moment is no excuse. This was exactly that, an execution. If not made by the officer himself then by the people responsible for his training.

  • @tattoomgee the cop shot the dude in the back w/ backup all around him. This was not a heated situation. Be responsible for your actions.

  • @Koopa42O yuo stupid fuck it was a mistake ! plus niggers be killing whites everyday check your self!!

  • @Koopa42O The cops were outnumbered on the platform at least 2-1. If you count those on the train, 20-1 at least. Several people were encroaching on the scene and refusing orders to stay back. 3 people on the platform assaulted cops. Grant assaulted 2 cops prior to being placed on the ground (where he resisted). His friend to his left punched a cop in the face. Oh yeah, and someone had just shot at BART officers on a different platform less than an hour ago, and was at large.

  • @tattoomgee Same here. People expect cops to act like perfect machines. I was in the military too. We ran drills nearly every day, sometime 2-3 a day. The same drills, the same scenarios. What happened every time? Well trained people who had done this a million times panic, and do something contrary to their training and common sense. Usually with what would be fatal results had it been a real world scenario.

  • hes going to jail........that being said look how he reacts with his hands up to his head after he shot him..............he was going for his taser and lost his head.......do you think he wanted to shoot him in front of everyone while he was laying face down so he could spend the rest of his life in jail?

  • he said he used the gun by mistake, and was reaching for mace.Cops keep mace on their other side.he knew that then and there

  • Why is there always(person under my comment) have to say that the officer might not had the intentions that everyone claims. Dude it shows clearly on the video that the dude was restrained and the cop pulled his gun out and shot him and KILLED him. The news also stated that the officer replied that he did not know that he was pulling out his gun. OK YEAH right. Although I do agree with not having the riot, the violence is not necessary.

  • Okay, than make sense out of a police officer with only two years on having reason to stand up, with eye witnesses all around, draw his service revolver and murder this man with a single shot to the back - What would be the reason you think this officer would do that??? Because he was white and the man on the ground is a black? That's an incredibly simple way to look at this tragic situation. You can see by the officer's mannerisms after the gunshot that he knew he'd made a grave error.

  • i don't think that a riot is necessary, and who knows if the officer was doing this with the intentions that everyone seems to claim, i think that reaction should be had after the investigation, and as for the riot they should all be arrested, because violent begat violence, and they should all go home and wait until after the investigation, and then go nuts!!

  • or never go nuts...

What lesson is taught when they riot there? There's a small handful of folks truly put aside by the events and a great majority of individuals that look at a riot as an opportunity to break into every store front and grab a new TV and whatever else they loot from their own community.

  • Channel Note:

This video clip about the Oakland rioting actually ends around 2:35.

Apologies for the excess tail on the clip.
