Thanks for posting this. I went and bought the soundtrack years ago hoping to get these and they weren't included. I'll never understand why Hollywood plays games like that. Maybe they don't want to earn the money.

This is not exactly the original one. In the movie they stand on the shore looking to the island and in the moment they jump into the water, a electronic rhythm-bassline starts playing with the classical music. This would be the one, Im looking for but I can't find it anywhere!!!! Does anyone know what I mean? Help me please!!!!

No its not that one from orbital. Im sorry, I think you did not understand me. I know the whole soundtrack of the movie and its not from orbital. Please watch the movie, especially the part I mean. Its not from Orbital. Its the music from Badalamenti with a bass-line. Just a few seconds in the movie. Richard jumps into the water and the music starts. Please check this, then you will see, what I meant.

OK I see the music you're talking about (Badalamenti theme with a light drum) but unfortunately, it doesn't exist as such to my knowledge. They have used the song Swim to Island and added some extra drum...

@Jelly141516 Sometimes there are cues used in the film that never make it onto the OST. I've bought OSTs for one cue that was never used in it. For example, there's a piece of music in Bourne Identity when Matt Damon is climbing down the embassy and it's not on the soundtrack. There may have been alternative cues. I have the beach soundtrack, I will try and locate the piece you mean.

Its diffrent, Soundtrack and Score mean 2 diffrent things.

Soundtrack are songs made before by artist for theyre own purpose that were put into movies.

Score means songs that are made FOR the movie, ussually orchestra type musik.

You should have serached for SCORE and not Soundtrack

The beach score CD has a black front cover with the name "angelo badalamenti" on it. CD is called "The Beach - Motion picture score"

Check the jungle river website, they have it, but its like $45 at LEAST. Worth it, I'd say. The only thing missing is the remix of Spinning Away by Sugar Ray
