The airplane controls seems to be easy, i.e you roll and turn in one motion and not in two separate motions as in real planes. Can someone confirm this, and if it is so, can you customize the controls? There are a lot of cool stuff that you can't do if you can't roll.

@ThePaulVI from the way i see it, looks like they r separated, take a closer look at the rudder and the wing flap movements

@victortsoi052000 Actually the rudder has nothing to do with it. You can turn a plane in two ways: By rudder (pitch) or by roll and yaw. The pitch gives a more "flat" and limp motion, while rolling and yaw makes steep turns possible.

@nmn335 It was developed from standards from the US Army Air Corps/Force and thus wasn't meant be found in carriers, but on land installations. It suited its purpose well because it wasn't even meant to be a pure interceptor, but more as a long-distance ground attack escort aircraft with dive-bombing and level-bombing capabilities. As an escort plane it still had to fight well, but it never performed superbly against the Luftwaffe (although Doolittle praised it) due to slow rolling.

the best way to win this mode as japs is use a fighter squadren and send your wingmen to attack other fighters while you strafe the LSTs. Aim for the fuel and magazine and you can take out a LST in one rake.
