@Mess1490: Yes, this can be applied with the Gi on. It's a little trickier due there being more material (i.e. – friction), but the principles are identical. I actually utilized this position (seat belt triangle) a few years ago to secure a gold Medal. Ironically Coach Hall was advising me that day.
At 4:04 keep the left hook and right hand post.Triangle over his right shoulder with your right leg to left hand under grab your right ankle that is over his right shoulder.Seal triangle with left leg.
