Are you reinforcing her when she produces it right? When you were working on /d/ /a/ /d/ I did not hear you tell and praise her when she produced it correct. IF you do not do that then she cannot discern the right from wrong. You may have do so but I would not see in the camera.

A great resource is Choices in Deafness. if you gete a chance you should read it, it will help with therapy options and techniques : )
