Karate came from these fujian styles of kung fu such as these seen here, so its easy to get them mixed up, the techniques are almost idenical. But this is all kung fu being performed right here, so the correct phrase would be okinawan karate is similar to Fujian kung fu not the other way around lol
You learn that in English class buddy, maybe you should go back to school....When one came before the other, and influenced it, It makes the other similar not the other way around. otherwise it goes against proper English and logic. =P you drop out lol
why do you make it blatantly obvious to everyone how stupid you really are? you should feel ashamed if you don't know. sad and pathetic little troll. stop trolling the videos you troll. i warn you

In fact the belt is kind of Judo or Karate style I guess, but we all know that in the history the Japanese costumes are all from China, so why can not Chinese use something from Japan nowadays.
The first martial arts to become popular worldwide were "belted" arts such as Judo, Karate, and Taekwondo.
As a result, other martial arts began to adopt the use of belts and ranks as well. Did you notice how the Indian master @2:06 is also wearing a uniform?
The uniform is used not only in Tang, but all through Chinese history, for 4000 years (look at the terracotta warriors), and nowadays (Shaolin monks and Wudang taoists).
Well actually this definitively looks like it could be Fukien Kung fu. Notice how he is standing in Tong long for alot of it and Koreans don't do that besides occasionally.
Secondly the Gee he is wearing originally is a Chinese design...

fukien is a district area of china and the martial arts of that area have been named after them it. so what the hell does a korean guy doing a korean art have to do with chinese fukein kung fu. why is a korean guy saying what he does is a chinese art. because its not and he lieing.
This person you see is not Korean. He is a Chinese person who lives, probably born in Malaysia. The uniform is like the TKD one but to them, it is just a uniform they adapted. There are many Chinese people who were exiled or left because of turmoil to escape hardship. This footage is not from China. There were even Jewish and other European people there because of the war. No one is Lying.
Wow what a dumb ass, this is Ngo cho kune, a very tradtional fukien kung fu style from southern shaolin.......and hes not KOREAN you ignorant man, its grandmaster chee from malaysia and hes chinese lol hes not lying your just dumb, go look it up hes the head of Ngo cho kune in TAIWAN and now malaysia....just to let you know the "japanese" uniform n belt is adopted in TAIWAN and south east asia due to its practically over easily riped chinese uniforms. nothing new there lol stupid hungryguy

Well done ... clean, crisp, focused, with solid root. Excellent display of power and intent by an older gentleman.

This is actually Wuzu, in Fujian, Ngor Chor or literally, Five Ancester style of Shaolin martial arts.
The Master is Grand Master Teo Choon Teck.
Okinawa Karate's Sanchin is very similar to the art from San Cheen Do, literally meant Three Battles Way.
fescrap 2 years ago
Oh yes, to add more fact, Grand Master Teo is a Singaporean and he is actually 70 plus already. He is also actively teaching the art in Singapore.

yes this is kung fu.. the five ancestor or ngu chu kung fu.. this form is very similar to san chin form of karate.

2.0 he intercepts Eric's right arm with his left arm and and could have connected with the fist to eric's chin. But keeps his hand open.
The older guy's chin is down and protected
Open fingers to the eyes with the left arm.
Cant see what he is doing to Eric's left arm
I guess trapping it or stopping it ?

Right back fist to the groin.

Cool. The double stick stuff he was doing-- was that developed after the style went to SE Asia, or did it come from the mainland?
