One of the things that amaze me is the cost of new homes. Earth homes home are inexpensive as far as material cost go, but are labor expensive.
How inexpensive are concrete homes?

I asked some builders, for a custom house 5-20% more. The problem is custom houses are already much more expensive than regular tract developments, and nobody has ever heard of ICF in tract developments.
That's about all I know.
