Pike continues to take advantage of thier employees by not providing adequate equipment to work with and not providing employees with proper training and this is causing pike to have men get killed on the job. The ones that try to do a good job for pike continue to get taken advantage over by not giving raises and expecting more out of them. They continue to cut crews down to fewer men which in turn causes people to get hurt and have a bad attitude towards the company. I hope for better manag
