I'm sorry man but you're a terrible pilot in this game. When I did this mission I went inverted a couple of hundred meters up behind the Aigaion and I barely had to move at all. You just decrease the throttle until just before you stall and then hold it there while pounding the ship with everything you've got. Plus I got lucky a couple of times and I was able to take out a couple of Strigons as they were taking off.

@Darkreaperxl My friends played this game and it took them about 20 tries to beat it but it took me 2 with the Su-35. (Main Reason: They used the 4-lock-on missles whereas I used the RCL. Also, I aksed my freinds to support me so they shot down the entire strigon team.)

@DaiwaYamato88 hhhhmm i really don't think its weak it has a total of 16 gigantic engines i mean you should see the size of the engine in the game play when you get close to it. .. . . . .its width is actually big enough to fit a whole SU 27. . .here is the airplanes dimension # Height: 102.39m # Width: 963.77m # Length: 433.3m....though i don't think the creators really mind its aerodynamics but of course in their advance time they would probably have solve its aerodynamic problems already. .

There is an easy way to kill them with missiles. Most preferably fly an F-22 with the XMA-6 from long range. Same goes for the XB-70 Valkryies.

Never got to play Air Combat, nor Ace Combat X, nor Ace Combat Advance hehe. I have many expectations about Joint Assault, but I probably won't play.

@SpecialOperations Oh, well the difficulty for this, is like, if you use CFA-44 and it's special weapons, it's fairly easy, even on Ace. But If you use anything else the difficulty is pretty good. Oh, and btw, this mission on this video, mission 9, is my favorite! Do you have MW1 for a Mac?

The ADMM on the CFA-44 is MUCH deadlier when your fire it AND do a barrel roll simutainiously. In other words, if you do this little trick, make sure that the plane is already spinnig and then fire it while its spinning. This tactic is extremely nasty because when you fire the ADMM while the CFA-44 is just going straight in mid air, the shots fired are only going to come from below or above the CFA, BUT if its spinning and then you fire it, its going to come from all directions, like a spiral.

i prefer su-33 or typhoon over the cfa-44 on this mission. If you're experienced with the rocketlauncher u can easily shoot down the es planes (kottos) in 1 or 2 shots

are u serious? using the Admm from the CFA-44 (if u have it) is the best way to go. in 1 pull of the trigger, everysingle engine is gone on one of the cruisers. and i also defeated the strigon team in less than 3 pulls of the trigger. but, i guess that's just me.

ive got the flightsticks with the game and it is above and beyond worth getting !!! :D

its the most fun ive ever had!

and plus, another advantage to the flightsticks is that, it doesnt require the game to be made to be used with the flightsticks...it will work on any game, not only ace combat 6

ive even played call of duty : world at war with my flghtsticks just to test and make sure their compatible with any game.

so any flying game you have they will work on
