we need a gamecube 2 with a wireless controller but better grip and smoothness. also it needs to run 1080p. to this day i still think the gamecube controller is the best one from nintendo. and the nintendo gamecube has great games in its time. i want this motion controllers to end.

Man the gamecube is still an awesome system i only got one teeny little complaint. One of my fav parts of it is the connectivity with the gameboy advance, it really helps with the pokemon games, the zelda games, and the sonic games, but there was so many things they couldve done with it that they didnt. I had a few ideas for it myself

Sony and Nintendo were to create a partnership, they were to create a "CD add-on" for the SNES. Sony then demanded too much money in the overall profit of the product, So Nintendo told Sony's CEO to GTFO, and opted for Philips to co-create this with instead as they were more accepting in how the revenue was dealt fairly, which is why there were so many shit Zelda games for the CDi. The name "playstation" was a creation of Nintendo's thus Sony stole the "playstation" get it? Now stop hatin' !!

GC is still the best looking machine made to date. if it weren't for the Z button placement (make LR smaller- re-align Z for index finger) its Gpad would have had most comfortable prize. wii remote feels like a turd in your hand- its smart they keept the Gpads sockets in- it needs them. but the best games are still on cube (you got the whole r.e series on there for instance) no wii for me. but ps3 games aint as appealing as ps2 classics either but at least it aint promoted by old pensioners.

I remember waiting for the Gamecube since spaceworld 2000, so it took me almost 2 years to see the console, I thought it was great, unfortunately not everybody shared that opininon since the PS2 completly took the first place on sales, and let's be honest many games were better too. But NINTENDO Finaly took what it used to have in its hands like it used to have back in the SNES generation,way cool games,same characters but always bringing something new and exiting taking the first place I'm glad

This was a very basic system that had great franchise games come into play. However the lack of a "Great" Zelda game caused the N64 to be its superior, not saying that wind waker wasnt a good game, it just didnt compare to OOT or Majoras Mask. Thus the N64 is the best.

I agree! The PS2 was the best system Sony ever offered and the Xbox 360 was the best microsoft had to offer, but the gamecube was not the best nintendo had to offer (SNES of N64). Thus Nintendo is the best! Soon, just as Sega, one of the three fighters (Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony) will be eliminated. Well actually, Sony was with Nintendo creating a disk system for gaming. However, when Nintendo and Sony went their separate ways, Sony decided to use the disk technology on their own system while Nintendo did their own thing (Super Nintendo).

Nintendo Was To Supply The Games Which Would Be Put On The Sony Super Disk & Played On The would be Nintendo Playstation Powered By Sony.

@Tmal10 i recall a letter in 64 magaze- guy goes: why n64 use 30/60meg carts instead of cd's (they had issues with texture compression and sound- just play r.e2 to see- it won't even work on emulators!) it would be argued of the carts instant regordnition without load made it better than a 700mb cd with greet sound and space to spare and i had wet dreams about a n64-cd, the fact that the press never picked up the dirt is teastament to n/sony need to keep it secret to maintain brand integrety.
