  • It is nice to hear the water going in the background as the snow falls - I dread the cold months coming up, but the little dog didn't seem to mind it @ all, he probably found the sound of the waterfall soothing :)

  • I have seen this one time myself with my new little dog...The reaction to the first snow they have seen is always about the same..

    They are thinking as they run all over:

    "What?, What?what?, what? ...yea!, ......what? what? what?..."

  • Most of the pond does freeze over. The fish will hang out (hibernate) at the bottom of the pond until the water starts warming up.

  • You have to keep the water moving. I add a fountain to mine to keep a vent hole in the top for my goldfish. They hibernate in winter, but they need the hole for gases to escape. Nice pond in this video.
