Beats me, the game doesn't seem to have anything too inappropriate in it.

I did upload everything in the game.... so you can try showing them that it's really not that bad.

@FrankNStein Well, there's curses like, damn, hell, and I think Noir Spider man called vulture a Bastard, but there so infrequent, you really have to be listing to ALL the dialog to pick it up. But really, not much in the game is damaging, or something inappropriate that no one hasn't already learned from school or something.

Personally it's nothing I would keep a kid away from.

It is pretty infrequent, and not used constantly just to try and be shocking like in some other games.... bad language used sparingly isn't going to make it inappropriate to me.

@FrankNStein Yeah I agree. I'm sure that plenty of Soccer moms and politicians think that games like this are 'damaging" the the fragile American child's state of mind, and could cause them to go on a killing spree.

The rating usually has less to do with language and more to do with graphic content. Animated violence and what not. Even though there's no blood or murder per say, that's probably why it's a 16.
