Mike YOU are America's very best presidential hope! We're so glad you are proving the political pundits wrong & are excited to watch the 44th Governor of Arkansas work to become our 44th President!
Keep slinging your stones & counting the widow's mites until you reach the 1,191 delegates needed to win.
Heaven help us if Obama or Hillary win the presidency for they shall work to dilute our national sovereignty, security & devaluation of human life!
Well nwautopage, Hillary or Obama probably WILL win now -- All because of Huckabee. Because of his pride and greed and blatant lies. Now the Liberal McCain will be the nominee when it should have been Romey -- A HERO as far as I'm concerned!! Because he dropped out for the good of the Country - to keep Hillary and Obama from winning. Unfortunately McCain probably won't beat them. THANKS FOR NOTHING HUCKABEE! I am sickened by you!!!
Romney is a failure. He's a flipflopper and a liar - and now, a dropout. McCain will unite the party and destroy the Clintons in November! Note: I support Huckabee, but it's all but certain McCain will win now. It's still possible Huckabee wins, but if not, he'll be VP!
Mike only lost Missouri by 1% and Oklahoma by 4%!!!!!! That is amazing. He will take the other Southern states and has a better chance than Romney. I don't see any other state that Romney could win besides South Dakota and nebraska. They are small states. Huck has a chance in Texas, Virginia, NC, Kentucky, Ohio, Penn, Indiana, etc.
I live in Oklahoma. He won Tulsa COUNTY (where Tulsa is - he has a ton of support here) but in Oklahoma COUNTY (where OKC and Norman are located) McCain got the majority - enough to put him over the top. Had he won MO, and OK Romney would have had to withdraw.
MO Gov Matt Blunt released a statement to all the news outlets, that a vote for Huckabee would be a vote for McCain, and told all Huckabee supporters Huckabee didn't have a chance to win so if they didn't vote for Romney, McCain would get MO. I wonder how many Huckabee supporters were swift boated by Gov. Matt Blunt.
Don't worry. They'll come around by the time November rolls around. Whoever the nominee is, Huckabee OR McCain, the talk-radio folks will certainly become Huck/McCain fans when the choice is Huck/McCain or Clinton/Obama. Trust me, they'll go back and they'll support the Republican.
rw75, there is no separation of church and state! Its a myth from a piece of a letter taken out of context. Read your constitution. It's freedom of religion, not from religion.

Regardless...the fact that he made that statement (bringing the Constitution in line with God), and the fact that he thinks the earth is 6,000 years old, is scary. How can you NOT think so?
Anyway, he's out of the race. Again, thank goodness.
I think that what he personally believs in the age of the earth has absolutely nothing to do with his ability to lead this great country. What I DO think is scary is universal health care, leaving Iraq too early, murdering babies, our current healthcare mess, and our current tax system. If you're going to argue with him at least pick something relevant!

Huckabee's done. Thank goodness. How can you possibly vote for a guy who thinks that the earth is somewhere between 6,000 and 9,000 years old, and who says stuff like, "We should amend the Constitution so it's in line with God's standards." He's the reason that the Founding Fathers decided to separate Church and State. This guy is scary all over.
The media and powers that be dont want Huckabee to win they are doing everything they can to make sure he wont be the nominee. Now you know how the Ron Paul people felt. Well good luck I hope Huckabee can do it now that my guy wont.
How the hell is government undermining the American family? How is government trying to raise kids? Is he referring to public schools? In what possible way is the government telling parents how to raise their children? Is he talking about anti-abuse laws?
Huckabee is great, him in Palin are my 2 next election, Huckabee/Palin or Palin/Huckabee 2012

RE: nerfballer
how many millions did Romney spend? close to 100 mill my friend
how much has Huckabee spent?...Less than 10 mill my friend
and yet they were in a virtual tie...hmmmmm
but I'm sure a Mormon with his hand on the Bible being sworn in as Prez would have made you swell with pride...
google House Resolution 888 and read up on the Christian heritage of this country...

Those who say it can't be done, should get out of the way of those who are doing it.
I'm talking to you Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingrahm
Huck Rules!
