  • Thank you for posting this video. You are so right about paying attention to how food makes you feel. I believe it is best to keep a food journal in the beginning so we may go back and see what we ate that made us feel so good and energized. Great tip.

  • This video is so great, most of what she said, are real, i love to eat so much, i am 120 lbs when i move to America this june 2011 to get married, and then after 2 months OMG!!! i gained 15 pounds i feel so depressed but i keep eating.And i realize to be on diet but it makes me more depressed... and i keep work out and keep looking on my weight. It seems i gain more weight when i do work out, but my husband explained me... and i watch this video.. it makes me inspired.. Thank you for sharing....

  • Dear lord, how many chocolate chip cookies must a person eat to have a sugar high, a crash, bloating, and lethargy that lasts into the next day?

    Also, all that depression and guilt you speak of, that sounds more like a psychological issue than a physiological "food" issue. Maybe you should have explored that a bit more during your episodes of self-reflection?

  • Time to really look and see what it is that makes me crave sweet things and eat often. What is really stopping me from reaching that goal. Thanks because looking at myself in the mirror constantly or posting a picture of my fat self in the mirror has done nothing to motivate me.

  • I made a promise to myself in highschool never to be above a certain weight. Now i'm 30 pounds over that and two pounds away from seeing a number i never thought i could. I have a gym membership but i've only gone once. Youtube is my answer to quite a few things and i knew what i was lacking was motivation. As soon as you mention the sugar crash I new what you were talking about cuz i was experiancing the crash myself. Time to really look into myself to see what really is stopping me.

    I swallow all the food I can and then I have this horrible feeling of guilt! so one day I decided to vomit and i thought : This is stupid but is the best way to get thinner.   • I love you idea of the food journal and weighing yourself daily--but I think we have to love ourselves in the process.

  • Something that helps me stop myself from eating junk food, is the fraise, "Eat to live, don't live to eat." it got me thinking how I should start treating food as fuel for my body, and not a temporary fix for anxiety, or depression.

  • My motivation: stick a picture of a celebrity on top of your bed with the body you want. Mine is Kim kardashian hahaha. Next, stay active. When you go toilet, dance on the way there. It might sounds completely idiotic but in a year you can lose a few kilos from it. Also exercise at least 30 mins a day until your whole face is wet from sweat. Also, eat in good portions. Eat what you want but not a whole bag of chips. Keep yourself full with healthy food so you don't crave unhealthy food.

  • i have some tips 2:

    day 1: go to macdonalds and order all the big tastys that they have.

    day 2: drink much milkshakes and eat choclate pie !

    day 3: dont go outside, just watch tv all day and play with ur dick a few times.

    day 4: go to KFC and eat all the chicken that they have.

    day 5:sleep all day and drink all the oil that u have.

    day 6: eat all butter that u have in house, and order 12 pizzas

    day 7: go to toilet and shit all of it out !

  • my motivate tip is to do it for a hot girl. Think with this Diat and Exercise the chance is much higher, that this girl think youra atractive.

  • I'm 58kg , I wanna loose atleast 5kg. I just started a workout challenge with my friends and eating healthy and it has been pretty easy. This is exactly the reason why.

  • i remember watching this 20th april , when i was 10 pounds heavier.. today im happy with my weight but still got a few more pounds to go.. I eat as organic and healthy as i can and have 1 day a week when i eat as much as i want of anything i want. I also excersize 1 hour / day. This diet works, it takes its time but it'll last..

  • @GuitarNek i lost a lot of weight while continuing to eat dinner and before I broke the snacking habit - how? I was eating raw veg and fruit. I also never counted calories.

  • This is great advice and similar to what I would have said. My inspiration was raw organic veganism. No, I'm not a 100% raw vegan but the belief that eating more fresh veg and fruit could improve my health was all the motivation I needed - and the weightloss just happened naturally. Believing in the evil of processed foods and the goodness of fresh food (esp the veg) is powerful motivation to walk past mcdonalds and the cookie shop that works for me every day.
