love your subtitle commentary...congratulations (belated) on your little family. very sweet video (and very informative as well). eve is officially one of my heroes - 3 days of pre-labor and 12 hours of "real" labor?!?! i know 12 hours is, comparatively, not that bad, but the thought of doing anything for 12 hours straight (even things i like doing) seems like just way too long - lol! thanks so much for sharing this. your family's a real inspiration (and nikolai is adorable!)

That was one of the most beautiful videos i've watched!! I'm 5 and a half months along with my 2nd baby girl and this makes me wanna have a natural birth with this one! Dad did a good job!

Loved your video, just watched it for the first time today. Oddly enough, we had our first baby, a boy, at home with a midwife on 8/22 this year, he weighed 1 pound less than yours but was the same length! Natural birth was hard but perfectly worth it. Amazing what we are capable of!

Great job ! I am proud you did it for your first birth. I had my third at home (first homebirth) and I am pregnant for our fourth . I only wish I would've had my first two at home. If only I knew what I know now! ( : Thank you for sharing this wonderful video.

This is a very poor quality vidoe which I have ever seen.These all are still pics not a video.The quality of this video is very poor.Everybody can do this type of video and its not an unussual thing.Thanks

I loved seeing it all from dad's perspective. Very well put together.

I also researched birth , but due to the doctors running the midwives out of town in my area, my husband and I went with unassisted birth. We are getting ready for our 4th due in March 2010.

What a beautiful video sharing your journey. We also had our daughter at home with a midwife and I would not have wanted it any other way. I never once doubted my body's ability to do what it was meant to do. Thanks for helping people get educated on the safety and joys of real childbirth!
