Either an 11 year old is a child or not. If he's a child, he is only as accountable as a child can be. If we as a society are going to hold kids responsible like adults, we also have to let them drive, quit school and work and move out if they want, let them buy beer or tobacco if they want, let them own property, give them freedom in ALL aspects of life, and not tell them what to do. If you aren't willing to make these allowances, yet you think THIS KID should be in prison, you are a hypocrite.
