Hey, I have a tape from when I had a camera, it is either of my family, or me and my friends. But I don't have a camera anymore. Could I send you my tape, and have you upload it somewhere and send me the link.
Whatever they're doing, it seems to draw a pretty good crowd. They sure don't seem to stay down long when they crash! I'll just stay here and watch from the comfort and safety of my computer, which is truly the Magic Of The Internet.
@uxwbill More magic: as luck would have it, one of the related videos references Josh Bender, a pro "freefrider" (as this sport is called) known for his extreme jumps -- so that's the "Josh" the people in the crowd keep yelling to. The event is called the Red Bull Rampage and takes place in Zion National Park in Utah. And as Wikipedia says, it "was held from 2001-2004 and then canceled due to the increasing risk competitors were taking. The Rampage however was re-introduced for the 2008 season."
@vwest7ife Can you imagine that...those crashes were pretty wild!
(I did a pretty good wipeout on a Schwinn five-speed bike (with the infamous banana seat) when I was in the third grade--lost it on a patch of gravel at speed, flew over a bunch of trash cans and came a stop in someone's gravel walkway. Spent most of that year with a puffed up side of my face. And that probably explains why I turned out how I did. ;-) Every kid should have a bike like that.)
@uxwbill I took a spill off a bike onto blacktop when I was about 10, and have the scars on my hand to prove it. I still remember walking back to my house, crying, with blood running from my knuckles. Luckily that was my only significant injury as a child, probably because I wasn't into sports at all (although I did get a white belt in karate, if that counts for anything).

This would be easier to watch with out this guy yelling "CLEAR THE PILE JOSHHH!!!" Over and over again .They hate that

I was wondering when this video would surface. Josh Bender, was arguably the most extreme mountain bike free-rider of his generation.
