@OrgenaII There was an interview that Jerome did for a website where he tells about what happened at that time. I use to have that site but I believe it was a P-funk type news site.
u know what, im diggin this.. its like the focus is completely on the high end's contribution to the funk.. and the bass is complementing these guys.... sounds like a funky mistake by the camera guy... yooooo ho!
This group was straight out Cosmos Cartoonish, just as George Clinton said years later. Definitely among my top 5 groups; Sly&The family Stone, Graham Central Station, Ohio Players and Kool&The Gang. Great Posting!
I was at this concert, and many many more, I had a great copy of this concert, my copy was much better without all the screen distortions, and sounded like both channels were intact. Unfortunately of course it walked away long ago. Yo Ho
Were you being punished for dealing the P-blow to little schoolgirls on school grounds? Uncut blow...the Bomb. Or was it for bringing a 9 MM automatic hand gun to class? Or possibly for stealing 500,000 Kilowatts of P-Funk Power and comin to you live, doin' it to your earhole. Or for snorting a punchbowl full of the P-smack and takin' it to the stage. When I tell Maceo to blow your horn I means brother, Sir nose that blow like you did for James Brown back in the day.
If you're gonna receive the funketelechy you'd better free your mind so your ass can follow, phuckhue2 very much. You're in the private Cubase of George Clinton here so leave that whack right wing shhhtt at home, Holmes.
these guys did 'em... if you don't get what dude's talking about how do you manage to understand george? micaofboca's on point, read you loud and clear
believe me, I get plenty high from the music alone. since I am a musician I hear a lot of techincial stuff people miss. I can actually hear when George turns up the volume on certain tracks and faintly hear him giving directions. never did drugs, never will
ill communicator, master controller, George Clinton is like a funky Jim Jones lol, " would you trade your funk for whats behind the 3 door?ha,ha awesome footage...
Savannah February 1978 has Garry and Michael on guitar. Bernie on keys a horn section with Maceo Parker and probably Frank Waddy on drums. I believe that this horn section was replaced on 21 March 1978 by the Pfunk horns.
Iwas actually at this show I was 4 years old.but I was there me my family.Parliament was a big thing in detroit back then it was like going to church when ever they came to town.
Guys...this tour was bigger than KISS! That's how hot they were in '77-'79.

They changed lineups somewhat and even more doing Motorbooty Tour.
