you know, he totally rocks out with this song NOW today, more than he did in the '70s and definitely way more than in this one - it's like he has just as much energy if not more today than he did back in the day.
This David's BEST concert tour - he played great intimate rock clubs across the U.S. He played The Bottom Line in NYC (where Springsteen played early in his career) and it was filled beyond capacity both shows.Bar area crowded, all tables full.Lines outside around the corner.1,000 (!!) people were turned away at both shows that night. Owner sorry he didn't book D for the entire week there!
Nothing like going back in time, when I was about 10, maybe 11 and all we looked forward to was Friday nights, watching the Partridge Family, singing those songs we loved. And time was of no concern, life was fun, we only had TV and not hundreds of channels. I wouldn't trade that for anything, especially now when everyone is sitting glued to something, families don't sit down to eat, everyone is to busy doing there own thing, no spending time together. Thanks for the sharing the nostalgia, kzw
David Spade played the fictional character Joe Dirt in a movie by the same name. He had a wig on that looked like a mullet cut or the early Billy Ray Cyrus hairstyle.
Wow, only a few short 15 or so years ago, Danny B. still looked like he resembled the red-headed kid on the Partridge family...not anything like the haggard mess he looks now.
Yeah, amazing what a life of drugs and heavy drinking can do to a body. Which has caught up to him in other ways since his wife finally got fed up with it all and filed for divorce.
Mullet... OMG lol ...I missed this phase of him..I guess I had young children to raise!!

I remember that song on the Partridge Family promo on ABC in 1970. It is repeated on the tv movie of his life story ten years after this concert.
