  • I like the PP because it doesn't take up much room in my place, it is a good alternative to the gym & you can use them any time, anywhere. There also cheap.

    The exercises are totally different to what I've done before. Unlike the gym you have 'no' choice on resistance. The resistance is your own body weight which is heavy.

    Before anyone asks I don't work for them !

  • Never used it for the stomach. However there are lots of good different exercises you can do for shoulders, chest & triceps.

    Back, legs & biceps I do in the gym.

  • the Perfect Pushup although a great tool, it also can really hurt your joints, its an unnatural movement for humans, at first it seems to be the perfect tool, but essentially it really can mess up your elbow joints as it has mine, 70 thousand years of human evolution is what you should keep in mind ;)

  • @wickedinsight i own a pair of perfect push ups and i luv them. they allow ure body to takes its natural course of muscle movement while performing a push up. I can honeslty say that push ups WITHOUT this tool end up straining and sometimes injuring ure wrist or elbows.. U can do push ups with out this product, but the main reason why i bought em was to avoid injury. ure arms r allowed to take their natural movement. r u sure ure injury was due to the perfect push up?

  • The perfect pushup really helped tone my muscles. It worked the full extent of my arms. I highly recommend this for everyone. If you want a big chest and bigger arms then this is perfect for you. I love it! You just have to stay dedicated to doing a couple of sets every night. I never received so many compliments about my muscles until using these. Thanks.

  • bones give body shape and muscles pull on bones to allow movement. if u lift heavy weights is like having strong muscles pulling on your bones, careful or it will snap. protein and iron not just streghens, but also repair/regenerate loss of damaged muscle. always make sure your bones are stronger by having a shitload of vitimin D.

  • I do a lot of push ups and pull ups, I can do well over 20 pull ups, though I would like to work on my push ups. I don't see how this would help though it looks like it changes the muscle from chest to triceps, so how would that help with regular push ups?

  • @TheZonkar No, biceps are pulling muscles. You use pushing muscles(Triceps, shoulders, chest), hence the name push ups. Do bicep curls with dumbbells for biceps

  • i carry a bit of fat on me just from booze mainly and from using these i have become more solid but you cant visually see the change. ive been usin them about 5 week. think i need to start doin some cardio!!!!

  • it doesnt matter when you inhale and exhale during the workout, as long as you remember to breath normally thoughout the workout.

    umm no sorry. you are supposed to exhaled on the force movement: ie, the pushing up part, or the pulling in a rowing movment or the curl up in bicep curls. it helps force out a couple more reps or that last one of each set. try it. it works. inhale on the approach, exhale on the force.

  • Dude fuck the gym. only thing ive gain from the gym along with some my other friends is damn arthritis and soreness and(barely results)....... ive been doing these pushup workouts along with these videos and notice changes in like 3weeks. people always compliment my 6pack when my shirt and i love it. :)

  • These are a great product, I got mine when they had a special going for $30. I now think of these as essential for my workouts as my jump rope and sneakers.
