@fiascheto AG bench is bench press with your hands gripping the bar so that your pointer finger is at the same width as the end of you clavicle (look up Acromial Grip if you don't understand me). From that bench press you take 10% and that's the weight you're aiming to use for 8 repetitions on the external rotations. Most guys can't get that high a percentage to begin with.

Please whato you mean "You should be able to perform around 10% (9.82 or something according to Charles Poliquin) of your AG grip bench" ?
