Krocop was hyped up in pride and came to ufc and got ko'd by someone in the ufc who wasnt even a big name. Chuck lost last night but jackson fights the same way liddell does, he was just as vulnerable in a stand up fight with liddell as liddell was with him, so whoever makes the first mistake will lose, its not "getting your ass beat".anyone who knows anything about MMA can tell you how unpredictable it is

Randleman's win was no more of a fluke then Jackson's over Chuck. When you train for a fight, you train for those situations. Ir's not like they closed their eyes and landed those shots. But understand, both Chuck and Crocop have learned from those fights. All 4 are great fighters.

and most of you should take note: great fighters follow great money and the perks that some with them. the so called "untalented" liddell drives a 355 spyder and has a million $ housethe ufc has the financial backing to take over mma globaly. fighters will fight whereever pays more. fedor would be no exception and at that point, it would be worth the ufc to scout him. i'm a pride fan as well, but i can say that i wouldn't watch any pride events with the absence of crocop, rampage, and fedor.

people seem to forget that tito beat silva years ago. does that mean that liddell whoops silva b/c automatically? yes rampage beat liddell before but that's just how fights are - you never know the true outcome until you put the 2 fighters together. PERIOD. pride may seem more action packed b/c you are allowed to kick opponents on the floor, so in essence, the striking never has to stop, whereas ufc you have to take it to the ground/pound or mount.

There are great fighters in both camps...it's just that Prides' rules allow for more action. Don't forget that Crocop (who many considered to be the 2nd best fighter for Pride) got his ass knocked out by Randleman.

Why has any fighter got to move up or down in weight to prove themselves? Why can't a fighter just be appreciated and respected for his tallents that he shows in his current weight category that suits his physique and fighting style.
