Since this is supposedly just a money grab. Why not do away with the traffic lights. At the same time, why not get rid of all the speed limits. They're probably just another money grab. After all, drivers do OWN the road and should be able to do whatever the heck they please. Pedestrian does mean mundane and unimportant.
This video should have mentioned that several cities have been caught shortening the time for yellow lights to make more people violate the law. There's big money in this.
its def about the money! LOL, you think we are stupid? firstly, figure out who creates these cameras? it aint the state or city, even the police department. its private companies who are required to generate certain amount of revenues. basically, they have to hit or go above the quota..
Riverside has 30 cameras, and makes $6 million per year.

look at the left turn lane from Onterio E bound turning into Sams club & Home depot thats a set-up you cant clear the lane be fore it turns yellow
