nice dj's man, i mean i prefer landing and trying to rebound right out, but throwing yourself down like you're doing would actually work pretty nice for SVJ.
Yeah, that DJ was a little slower. I kind of alternate between what you do and the way I did in the video. The one in the video was for max height/power, not as much transfer to RVJ.
Hyperdunks are great, lighter than my training shoes (which are crazy light) and more cushioned than my old b-ball shoes.
Don't post on my videos unless you're going to post something constructive. I have many hobbies and one of those is vertical jump training, and I'm a full-time student as well. I realize that you don't understand exactly what this means, but sometimes life is busier than you expect and hobbies fall by the wayside. I feel that your attack is pointless, and you have zero credibility as well. I am actually training 4 days a week currently, so you're also misinformed. GTFO.
@adarqui I think the main reason for what you're saying, and I saw that immediately so I think I'm right, is arm positioning. It looked like he wasn't "ready" to jump immediately because his arms were not in the right position for that to happen.
@Raptorel : ya exactly.. BUT, if he was training purely SVJ, i actually don't mind that arm technique.. very specific to SVJ, i could see it being very beneficial, possibly more beneficial than the pre-cocked arm swing that we normally like.. interesting variation i must say :D
