If you pause the video at 3 seconds u can see that his back heel is pretty much at the line. Therefore he was the length of his foot inside the line. So he wasnt 2 inches inside the line, nor was he 2 feet inside the line. Regardless, this was an amazing dunk since it looked like he coulda jumped from 2 feet further out and still dunked it fine.
