That seems a contradiction..

Apple computers are just PCs in white cases these days. No Operating System runs a hosted environment better than a non virtualised one. If you are referring to "Boot Camp" this is just a product to force people to have both the OS X & Windows Simultaneously. OS X is not running Windows at all. The PC hardware underneath is. Apple wont tell you that if you boot of a Windows CD and wipe OS X you don't need "Boot Camp" at all. Typical Apple domination & manipulation.

I think what is shown here is a Media Center for Xbox 360 Media Center Extender (which is pretty much the same of the one for XP MCE or Vista) You can tell by the connecting screen shown at the very end.

Sadly no.... If you have Windows Vista Basic. You won't have it. I bought a new Dell Inspiron 530s WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH WINDOWS VISTA (It's compatible enough it has 2 GB of RAM and 320 GB HDD) But them bitches gave me Windows XP.. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY. Just dumb.
