This dude definitely put NINJA movies back on the market. I also loved how this movie paid homage (and made him the master) to the man who originally got it all started... SHO KOSUGI. It was almost as if Sho was passing on his legacy to this next star.Too bad this guy didn't train much for the role... Yeah right! Phenomenal shape. It really sold the aspect of years of training the character endured. I am hoping there is another installment of this movie.

right now, watching the training clips, Rain just went from 'who is that guy anyway' to 'amazingly awesome!'. I love actors who actually train for and do their own stunts, and by the handbook, he did!! I now approve of Rain Bi! ;3
Bi Rain is amazing! He deserves recognition as he worked for it. He grew up in proverty, his mom died in pain b/c his family couldn't afford treatment, he started out as a back up dancer (he's an amazing dancer), debut as a singer, won every newcomer award as a singer, then won a bunch of awards for acting in Full House, is a huge star in Asia and now starting to get recognition in rest of world!
@nyissa77 I don't blame him. What they had him doing bordered on abuse. The wild part is, all that wasn't even necessary, millions of folks get buff all over the world without a workout (and diet) regimen that extreme. Hell, Rain was pretty buff on his own before that movie (and after), without doing stuff THAT brutal to get there. I'd love to see a sequel happen, but if he goes for it, Rain should definitely have a clause put in there about the physical training to protect himself.
@nyissa77 If the offer came to the table, he'd take it but would probably work out something with the director and trainer. Either way, we won't be seeing him in any movies for another two years and after Army bootcamp I bet this'll seem like a walk in the park XD
