FYI the lip sync looks more realistic in Mimic Pro than Talk Designer after comparing the two. But this is great work.

Everything was great except the humans. Max creepy! Ever hear of the uncanny Vally? It got you good. MMD color Anime palet much more attractive even though it is not realistic. Miku models don't creep you out. What did you use for the lip sync? Not bad. The fixed / unmoving expressions are a major problem with the antimation. Is that a poser limitation?
