  • You did a really good job. Is any underlying sheet music you did use available?

  • Brilliant stuff! Love the jazz undertones.

  • @colamix11 WHY MUST YOU DISLIKE A PIECE OF ART?!?!?!?!?!?

  • dude, this is very sweet, you should tab it out, i would totally pay for it. I have been looking for jazz piano versions of all the old school good SNES music like FF4-6

  • amazing! will you pls make a piano cover of the sound track of the game othello from a family computer?

  • Um hello? I mean it's an awesome vid but it's clearly sped up. I'm not against it, just want to dispel the illusion for other people watching. Look at his arms at the end just after he finishes playing. It is pretty obvious. Not sure if the uploaded is trying to hide it's speed change or not, but yeah it's sped up.

    Seriously great vid though :)

  • @joeisnice are you really basing the speed of my video on how fast my arms leave the piano? This video isn't sped up, do you really think that after i leave my arms, i would purposely move 'slower' to make it seem like i move at normal pace after i so called 'speed up'?

And by piano standards, this is by no means FAST at all. i don't understand where you get these ideas from.

  • That was awesome! You played it perfectly <3

  • Dinner/elevator music ~-3~

  • Very very good i miss the game too nice soothing music dont u think

  • Did you speed this up? It looks very strange.

  • I'm new to your channel so I don't know if you've answered this before... Do you arrange most of what you play yourself or have you found sheet music for most of it? I know, in this case, you said you have a "Mario Jazz" book. Sounds awesome! :)

If you play mostly from sheets, where do you find it?

I really enjoy your vids, by the way. I'm subscribed!

  • @MattCason well, every piece is different, i always re-arrange each piece to some degree, for the jazz ones, there's usually a chord progression that i follow... in this piece the first cycle up until 0:59 was pretty much the arrangement with small changes, then the rest i improvised ish :) Structurally i usually follow what's written, but note wise i play whatever i feel like haha.

Most of my sheets are printed off the net if they are simple, but books like these i order from japan :)

  • muhahahaha i am the first who disliked this video

  • @colamix11 wow.

  • @colamix11 unfortunately i don't have any cookies to reward you with, however i can tell you that your story is quite cool.

    bro

  • man this sounds like really jazzy/blues type music, but it's also not....it sounds different than in game. or at least different from my gamecube version

  • Fantasiex3 has great taste. watch as the vid's views skyrocket.

amazing cover! this is why i bought a n64 again just so i can play these games

  • Hella clean

  • Has a type of catchy swing to it. Very nice.

  • LOL I love it~

I still have this game :O on snes :D

  • GOOD GOD THAT WAS REALLY REALLY GOOD!

  • im like 100 and 0 dislikes and this is really good

  • i didnt know arms could move that fast at 1:08

  • You forgot one of the starting beeps at the beginning,

  • I love this!!! :D

  • I'm so bad at this game, but this is awesome. =)

Love the ready, set, go in the beginning - haha.

  • So good! Always wanted to hear this song done justice. You really brought something new and sweet out of the melody.

  • you are one of the best pianist in the internet dude :D

  • Amazing!

  • excellent, i love the snes mario kart soundtrack and i love your arrangement, man jazz is really your thing and i hope to hear more from the soundtrack from you sometime. how about rainbow road, for example? you did another version but the one from the SNES mario kart is just something else :)

  • you don't have to miss it... just play!

  • MOISTTT!!!!

    I wanna eat your pooper!!!

  • There's a Mario Jazz music book? Where would I buy this?

  • hey great playing! can you (or anyone) tell me what keyboard you are using there?

    thanks

  • i think all we miss this game and the song too :)

  • Excellent work!

  • That made my day.

  • spiffy ;3

  • This rendition has inspired me to somehow attach a rotor to the top of my car and to dangle turtle shells on the blades.

    great job Zorsy

  • fantastic! Zorsy does it again! :D

  • awesome!

  • I wonder why people even care if a video is sped up? First of all, it IS possible to speed up a video without changing the pitch, but it doesn't really matter. Unless the point of the song is to show off the pianists speed and technical playing, than things like speeding up the video shouldn't matter if it helps the song. There would be no point to speeding up this song anyways, it's not horribly technical or fast for a piano song by any means. Anyways */rant*

  • nice! your timing is perfect!

  • You are going to b more than famous as you are you are extremely amazing talent. keep it up.

  • master peice

  • Wow, you did an excellent job transforming this into a piano piece, especially considering the original song.

  • What r u??

  • Comment removed

  • Yeah it's pretty clear this isn't sped up, but there are ways of speeding up video/audio and preserving pitch :)

  • @Cheeezeh Have you played mario kart 64? and the circuit map?

  • im kinda debating wether the speed of the video is actually true,..i see alot of things tht can back up fast speed but not the actual speed..or you can prove me otherwise m8

  • @gabrielhuanosto You do know that really good piano players are that fast and accurat?

  • @Kollynator really?????? iwould have never thought of such concept, thank you for educating me

  • @gabrielhuanosto No problem..

  • @gabrielhuanosto If it was sped up, the pitch of the notes would be off. As a piano player myself, I can guarantee you this hasn't been sped up.

  • @RobertStyx im not against this guy at all. Im a musician myself..my disbelief just came from the sheet music thats all. not his hands or movements. cause i kno thats not what i was depending my source of disbelief

  • @gabrielhuanosto yay, @zorsy has reached an important youtube milestone, people accuse him of speeding up :) you took it to the next level, congrats

  • ARGH GOOD STUFFFFFF!! Dude. Yes.

  • Good ol'days indeed, thanks for posting : )

And I think Cheezeh and 3llianX are right, it was on SNES.

  • Hey, I was looking at the Mario Jazz book minutes ago! Is it worth it? Also, I seem to recall that theme being from the SNES version of the game too.

  • Niiiiiice :D

I'm very much liking this! Good job ^_^

  • Awesome :)

  • liked before I even watched (:

  • Nice play :) ! !

  • guess who your third view is ;)
