Doing my project: BMW 7 HHO car running on water
So shall I swap MAF/MAP Enhancer and DEFIE for this unit? :] And I willing to do it now.
Tell me if I'm wrong: 0,5 HHO LPM x Litres of engine capacity 3,5L=1,75 HHO LPM production ... minimum for iddleg? Then suggestion for driving is doubleing it to 3,50 HHO LPM ... yes?
Could u share some info about ur 2 levels of HHO production, please? I can not sleep well since I saw it! lol?
varying the HHO production based on engine speed is the key. A master's thesis was just published on this hho boosting and they found that if they didn't vary based on RPM they had a loss in efficiency. When they varied they achieved 20% increase in efficiency. Check it out here.
Ray, has Volo kept improving the FS2 since it came out? In other words what enhancements to the firmware have they provided since it was first announced, and have you seen an improvement in mileage and/or performance between the first version of the FS2 and the latest version on the same vehicle? Also, have you done any testing on the FS3?
@dmdingman I know they upgraded the firmware of the FS2 once, up to 5.2, but they weren't very clear on exactly what that update was good for. One nice thing is that you can just swap out the chip for $5 and use the same unit on a different vehicle.
I haven't tried the FS3 yet, but I do plan to. Probably it has more compatibility with newer vehicles, since the computer systems are getting morte and more complex. I don't sell them, but you can order them directly or from the Hydrogen Garage...
lower the hho production and see what happens i am working on a system that when you are on idle you are producing 1ltr and when on acceleration you produce more ,if you had a simpler PWM all what you have to do is go to a junk yard and buy a throttle body hook the mechanism to your gas pedal and feed your pwm with the extra tps ,the best thing is to have a system that detects load so when in load you produce more hho and when not ,less.
Try these mpg addons!!
INCREASE MPG 30% ON THE CAR YOU OWN NOW!
