Lower your weapon by by holding down "Grenade Switch" + "Reload" + Click the Right Stick + Down on the D-Pad. That would be B + X + CLICK RIGHT STICK + DOWN (D-Pad) on the default controls.

This isn't correct. On RvB, they can lower and raise their weapon seamlessly, without all that stupid jumping and crap. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

@natotater if you press everything but dpad, and then wait for 1 second then press dpad. You then will lower your weapon without jumping.

@natotater Here's the thing natotater, when you "exit" the lowered weapon "mode" your character smoothly raises their weapon in a nice clean animation. If you record that animation, and then play that backwards, it looks like you're lowering the weapon without all the jumping around and crap. RvB probably records the weapon raise, and plays it back backwards.

But this video is crap, yeah. I'm sick of people saying "highered" as if it were a word. Idiots.

Another way to lower your gun is to hold the controller facing you. (Controller pointing to screen, turn to point to you) Its worked for me

You don't have to hold it down with the chin... just hold down left/right bumpers with middle fingers, left thumb-stick and (A) with the "pointing fingers" and the "Down D-Pad" with your left thumb. Tip: For left thumb-stick... try to click it down with "middle joint" of the "pointing finger" so your spartan doesn't move just crouch. ;)

ever1 to do this without jumping you just jump first somewhere else so know 1 will see you then keep on holding the jump button you use and then press all the other buttons to do it then it will look like your not jumping to hold it down
