  • I would love to have seen this cast on the stage. They are amazing.

  • Albee, I suspect.,wrote the alcholism part from his own experience and that of his partner in the 1960's, who died in Cape Cod while drunk. This is one of the better narratives of alcohism.

    That's a stupid remark, especially after watching Reid's wonderful performance of the monologue.

  • I remember the visit to Albees loft in nineties.I have a vhs tape of the whole visit.He was very kind and made us tea.Lovely visit.

  • A lot of critics hated this movie, calling it lifeless and boring.

    I find it to be compelling -- If for nothing else, I watch it for the great performances.
