This thing sucks for me. I dont know, maybe im doing it wrong. I preheated it for 30 minutes, then stopped it , then put 1 tablespoon of cotton candy stuff into it, then turned it on and it still doesnt work, ( & yes i have waited some time afterwards) what am i doing that is so wrong !!? this is almost my 5 trial, & none of those trails worked. Dx

Doesn't it come in any color other than pink? I've seen several machines and they're all pink (I'm a grown man who loves cotton candy).

Hi, i just got the same machine on Christmas and i had a hard time making it. I tried many times.Can u message me all the steps to making it?

plug it in, turn it on and wait a while for it to get hot. turn it off and you put the sugar in the round thing, . the sugar will get melted and spin out. you will see the cotton candy start to come out and then just scoop it up with the cone things. it is slow but makes good candy. Even table sugar will work.

I wonder if theres a way to make cotten candy with out expencieve equipment like tryin it in a mixer or blender,,or some how using a vacume cleaner for air ,,or perhaps an air compresser,,

No no no, not a blender .. Cotton candy needs lot of heat and SPIN very fast out little holes. when it melts it will spin out of the holes and make candy. A vacuum cleaner will just suck up your sugar. An Air compressor will blow sugar all over the house.

The cotton candy comes from including color sugars with and I bought it at Walmart last year . But not white sugar .. Just the cotton candy comes from the color sugars thats all ..
